Historian of early 20th-c. administrative paperwork, information & labour; Nazi Germany; quantification

THANKS FOR VISITING MY HOMEPAGE!

I work at the Edinburgh Research Office, but my dream of publishing these two books - or at least some papers - is still alive so, I'll share here some of my writing struggles and research progress.

My research focuses on:

  • Nazi and post-war administration of labour and state-building with a focus on pre-electric, paper-based information infrastructures;
  • Social statistics and quantification around 1900.

See Research for more information.
